hr_timesheet_sheet install requires enterprise?

On my self hosted server, when I attempt to install the hr_timesheet_sheet module, it redirects me to a page asking to pay for OpenERP enterprise. I thought this module was GPL released?

OpenERP and the OpenERP authored modules are all licensed via AGPLv3.

Installing modules via the one-click service requires a subscription to the Enterprise Platform (if you have more than 3 users), which is the same source code, but comes with additional services. Even with 3 users or less you need to register and login to use the service.

See https://accounts.openerp.com/forum/Help-1/question/25044 for more information

The service is OPTIONAL, and not required to install any modules.

If that's the case, where do I find download links to the modules?

If you review the link you will find out you may not have to download anything. There is a download link at the bottom of https://apps.openerp.com/apps/hr_timesheet_sheet - or you check them out of the Launchpad repository at http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-addons/7.0/files
