I tried to use support chat for several times now and it used to happen, that after a while I can neither see, messages I type nor responses from your support personal. I used to solve that by logging out, logging in after that immediately and I got back into the same discuccion. Anyhow, now I am just getting a new Chat operator, so I am a little frightened to include a customer chat in my website, that just disappears, once people got engaded.
Please try to give a substantial answer. If you wanted to comment on the question or answer, just use the commenting tool.
