Some fields in form views contains a placeholder text which is visible if the field is empty. This permits you to have clean forms without to many labels.

However, I can't find a way to translate those texts.

It seems it is curently a bug:

It's bug currently. The problem is that the placeholder is not checked while generating translation entries however it's checked while generating the view. so its a bug and need s a fix.

So, what should I put in po file if I want to do it by hand?

The bug has been fixed, and this comment shows how you can manually add them in PO files if you want.
