Hello,

I'm starting to learn odoo modules developing
so I created a module named "vetclinic" in odoo/openerp/addons

it contains 4 files inside which are:

1.  __init__.py
2.  __openerp__.py
3. vetclinic.py
4. vetclinic_view.xml

and I created models inside them which I want to test their output.

How could I test it?

I tried this command

./openerp-server --addons-path=addons -d opt-test -i vetclinic

and I got this error

WARNING opt-test openerp.modules.loading: invalid module names, ignored: vetclinic

See your question about the addons path. If the path is not properly specified, you won't be able to test your module, as the error message already says.
