How to solve Access error in users with full access rights?

Odoo has been throwing a problem in multiple users for a while, the users who are given complete access rights and who had been working on it without any problem face problem of security restriction all of a sudden. I ended up deleting the user and recreating it  which used to work, its not working now,the issue keeps on coming! need a solution?

User with id == 1 by pass All security access! For others, you need to check in log which model raise the access error ...
