I have an interesting problem. Zambia does not have quality internt, so branches would often not have internt access.
Whats the best "offline" solution? - database replication? - separate instances, and a consolidation process? - separate instances and a data merge? - multi-company?
Internet access can be improved at quite a cost. Would the answers alter if the company spent that money?
