Hello, i've configure my catchall email adress catchall@mycompany.com, there is forwards of users (existing adresses) to this adress :
user1@mycompany.com
user2@mycompany.com
contact@mycompany.com
so theses three adresses are forwared to catchall@mycompany.com
I set up catchall@mycompany.com as incoming mail with the right configuration and everything is ok,
In configuration > sales i have put contact@mycompany.com as leads create alias and it works i have my emails which come in my leads, ohoh happy.
But when i try to put an alias like user1@mycompany.com to user1, which is also forward to the catchall adress, it doesn't work, i don't have my mail when i'm connected with the user.
