How to set up catchall email adress v8

Hello, i've configure my catchall email adress catchall@mycompany.com, there is forwards of users (existing adresses) to this adress :

user1@mycompany.com

user2@mycompany.com

contact@mycompany.com

so theses three adresses are forwared to catchall@mycompany.com

I set up catchall@mycompany.com as incoming mail with the right configuration and everything is ok,

In configuration > sales i have put contact@mycompany.com as leads create alias and it works i have my emails which come in my leads, ohoh happy.

But when i try to put an alias like user1@mycompany.com to user1, which is also forward to the catchall adress, it doesn't work, i don't have my mail when i'm connected with the user.

Je pense que vous parlez français donc je vous réponds en français, j'ai réussi avec une adresse catch all vers lesquels sont transfères tous les messages de mes différents comptes mail.
J'utilise ensuite cette adresse au niveau de la config du serveur entrant.
Je n'ai par contre réussi la manip qu'en pop et non en imap je ne sais pas bien pourquoi.
Après il faut vérifier au niveau des actions automatisées que tout est bien configuré (fetchmail etc.)
Ça fait un petit bout de temps que j'ai fait la manip donc je ne me souviens plus de tout mais n'hésitez pas pour tout autre question.
