I am trying to configure 'Double Validation'. I can see it's working within the system fine, the only step I'm missing is a second validation email. So at the moment this is what happens:
User (Employee) requests a legal leave
Department manager (HR Officer) receives an email prompting 'Approve/Refuse'
Department manager (HR Officer) 'Approves' leave
HR manager can approve leave in Odoo but does not receive an email like the Department manager
I've checked the basics like email address correct. I've tried fiddling round with the Department, company, manager structure but doesn't seem to do anything. Just cannot trigger that second validate email. I've had a poke about the workflow specifically hr.wkf.holiday but to be honest it's a bit above my head.
Any quick fixes/anyone come across this before and point me towards a fix? Thanks
