When we send an order for so a customer can fill out as HTML, the customer can reply, but we cannot see the order without downloading the attachement. However the full email can be viewed under: Settings/Email/Messages.
The xml on the form is: <field name="message_ids" widget="mail_thread"/>. Anyone know what can be changed to see the entire message?

Just to update, you cannot see the original email. Checked the runbot, same. But when I send messages to my odoo account I can see the full email, including the entire history? So it is possible.
