Our support people like to search over the complete project issues, including messages and notes.
Use case: Customer had a technical question, somebody takes their time to write a very helpful answer. Next year somebody else has the same question and one likes to search in the project issues for the answer by using any words, that are probably related to the issue.
For a very good implementation of this, look e.g. at Trac, that by default searches over all tickets, wiki pages etc.
Is the same possible with OpenERP7? If so, how?
