After successful installation of nightly build I unable to run OpenERP under Ubutnu 13.10 because I get this error whenever I browse localhost:8069

How can I fix this issue?

P.S. I noticed that nightly build package didn't install Postgresql (7.0-20140221-003045-1) so I installed Postgresql 9.3 by myself as mention wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Apt

I fixed this issue by creating a new role in Postgresql as following:

CREATE ROLE openerp LOGIN
  ENCRYPTED PASSWORD 'md574d275a32a1915055b29df1756df2806'
  SUPERUSER INHERIT CREATEDB CREATEROLE NOREPLICATION;
