How to reset security?

Something is wrong with my database.

Besides admin user,other users can't access each others quoatations, even though they are manager.

Another problem is, even I duplicate admin user to admin2, this new account also can't see and got permission denied error.

How can I reset permissions to defaults? v7.0 updated via bzr image description

There is a default filter My Sales Orders when you open the quotations. Remove it and you should see all quotations.

thanks for the tip, but already tested filter. It is an issue with permissions

Please check that is there "record rules" setup for "sale.order" object.
