Hello, i have been trying to setup the emails but all the outgoing mails are being sent to te spam box. If i send it through any other email client, it lands perfectly to the inbox. I am not sure what is wrong.. May be the footer message with link is taking to the spam folder. Can some one help me how to remove

I found a solution for this:
Go to Settings - Translations - Application Terms - Translated Terms
Go to the search field and do an advanced search for "Old source" contains "Access your messages and personal documents"
Change the translation value for all languages, including English to this value: "<br title="%s"/>"
Save the translations and synchronize all languages in Settings - Translations - Application Terms - Synchronize Terms
The text and link is gone in the emails now.
When you uncheck 'activate customer portal', the customer portal will be deactivated. If you still want to use the portal, but not send the info in every mail, you need to keep the 'activate customer portal' checked. You can't change it in the templates either, because the portal info is added thru code. We spent a lot of time to remove this, but finally managend. Check the code for append to html and expect to find some ugly programming...
Go to Settings -> Technical -> Email -> Templates and edit the email template you are using so that to remove the text 'You can access our customer portal'. Save the edits.
