For that you have to change decimal precision.

Go to: Settings->Database Structure->Decimal Accuracy: Open Product UoS record and change Digits value as 0.

This will change decimal precision of Product Qty 3.000 to 3.

Thanks

Hello

If you want to remove this .000 then you have to change in decimal precision,

Settings ==> Technical ===> Data Strucutre ==> Decimal Accuracy

In decimal accuracy define different dp precision , in you have to change digits , if you set 0 in digits field it will set 3.000 to 3
