We're a small company & only have 10 SKUs. Most orders we receive contain lines for 6-8 of those products.

When we add Sales Orders, the line items needed to be added individually through the "Add an item" link. Is there are way to pre-populate the sales order with all of our (10) SKUs, so we can just fill in the quantities?

Many Thanks. I'm loving OpenERP & the awesome community.

The easiest way I can think of it to create a 'template' quote with all products.

Each time you want to enter an order, find the template quote, open it and from the MORE menu, select duplicate.

This takes a copy and let's you change just the information you need - Customer, quantities, etc.

Thanks Ray. This worked really well. I was initially concerned because I use multiple pricelists. For reference: I set the template order to the Public pricelist with all quantities of Zero. Then when I duplicate the order & select the correct customer, the price updates appropriately when I update the quantity.
