How to notify user after log a phonecall

Hello. I'm new to OpenERP but I'm trying to make some configurations and I was asked if it's possible to when a employee logs a call and set the Responsible to another user, that user recieve an email to let him know he needs to check OpenERP Logged Calls and do something about the recieved call.

This is a scenario when a client want to talk to a employee and he's not avaliable so he can be notified by email that someone logged a call for him to reply asap.

Hope you guys can help me.

Without development, you can switch in form view during the incoming call and add the asked employee as follower.

This employee will receive a mail when the state of this call change.
