How to manage regular customer service appointments

Imagine the following situation: For product maintenance purposes, you have to visit your customers regularly after a defined time interval has passed, let's say one time every year.

Is there any way to mange this in OEP? Keeping a defined maintenance service interval and every appointment with its date in the system so that the user can be notificated either on demand or automatically for which customers next maintenance service will be due soon?
