This question has been flagged

Hi all.

I'm implementing openERP/Odoo v7.0 at my company and have come across the following issue:

When WE contact a lead we usually send a price quotation having a MOQ (minimum order quantity) and quantity cealing that makes the quotation valid. However in openERP we can only create quotations "like" a draft invoice while what we would really like is to send out pricelists along with terms and conditions (eg incoterms, payment, MOQ, etc). That also allows us to better track prices per client and communicate changes to the pricelist to the client. All that happen because our sales are based on business partnerships rather than RFQ.

Is there any way to achieve that in openERP using an existing module without coding, or should one be coded?

Thank you in advance for your responses.

Hi,

You might want to to take a look at this question about printing pricelists https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/how-to-print-a-price-list-32456. However, MOQs would be somewhat problematic.
