How can we make a purchase order from several sales order lines automatically ? Now we do not seem to see the sales order lines in the purchase module…

edit. I found in the settings menu the companyprocesses. Do i have to change something there?

If you mean "Request For Quotation [RFQ]", You can achieve this by proper product setting.

Hello,

To generate RFQ from SO, you have to configure your product like this: Procurement Method = Make to Order

Supply Method = Buy, "if it Manufacture it'll generate manufacture order"

You have to add a supplier to Suppliers list to avoid scheduler exception.

Then you have to run the scheduler form the Warehouse module or if you don't want to wait or run the scheduler you can install "Just in time [Jit]" module

Regards....

Hello

Go to your product form and configure your Procurement_method="Make to Order". So every time sale order is confirmed , a new PO is created associated with your Sale order.

Good Shanshak, but should we do this for every product and after reverse to "Make to Stock" if needed ?

Yes you have a point . Depends as per user requirement weather user wants to check stock while creating sale order else he can use make to order.
