Hello everybody,

I want to integrate Piwik/phpmyvisites/google analytic to my OpenERP instance.

These services provides a javascript script and an html code (noscript, iframe, img ..)

I put the javascript script in /addons/web/static/src/js/boot.js

And the html code in /addons/web/static/src/xml/base.xml (node : ViewManager)

The problem is that I have to refresh all the page everytime to get an other view registred in the web analytic

Is there a good place for HTML code that refresh when an action performed on webclient ?

A help please.

Hy, I think you're working with iframe.

Anyway in the action description, you could precise a refresh delay, maybe this could help

You can build a mini module with a code similar to:

        <template id="assets_backend" name="piwik_analytics assets" inherit_id="web.assets_backend">
            <xpath expr="." position="inside">
                <script type="text/javascript" src="/piwik_analytics/static/src/js/script_file.js"></script>

I am not completely sure of what your are trying to achieve, but if your intention is to tack usage using Google analytics there is a standard module doing just that called web_analytics. It will track web client actions. You can change it for your own purpose...

like web_analytic but for my perpose I want to supervise the objects that my developper touch
