Hello all,

Do you think it is possible to change a core custom parser by inheritance?

Actually i want to sort the partners in the Partner Ledger by alphabetical name wich it's not the case.

Instead of modifying core addons file, i prefer extending the custom parser by another custom parser...

Do you think it's possible?

Yes it is possible. You need import the parser file and then inherit the parser class. You can refer How to Inherit Custom RML Report Parser Class in OpenERP for more details with example.

If you want to change RML, just copy & past RML file in your module and then change it. How to Inherit Custom RML Report Parser Class in OpenERP and Change RML
