I would like to create a filter for grouping by day, the filter would be applied on 'datetime' field.

I have tried this:

<filter string="Day"
    icon="terp-go-today"
    domain="[
            ('timestamp','<=', (time.strptime(timestamp,'%%Y-%%m-%%d %%H:%%M:%%S') + relativedelta(day=1)).strftime('%%Y-%%m-%%d %%H:%%M:%%S')),
             ('timestamp','>=', (time.strptime(timestamp,'%%Y-%%m-%%d %%H:%%M:%%S') - relativedelta(day=1)).strftime('%%Y-%%m-%%d %%H:%%M:%%S'))
                       ]"
    context="{'group_by':'timestamp'}"/>

But no positive result, I only get

TypeError: results.group_by is undefined

It loooks like 'timestamp' field does not get evaluated after comparison operator. Any ideas on how to implement this?
