To me this looks like you try to run a database backup of Odoo 8.0 on a Odoo 9.0 instance. This does not work. You have to migrate your database to version 9.0.

Strange query you built there.

SELECT id FROM ir_attachment WHERE res_field IS NULL AND type = %s AND url = %s ORDER BY id DESC

This query ^ should work just fine.

I'm assuming you extended ir_attachment because i don't have all the fields in your query, so i can't verify if my answer does what you intend do do.


Also i find this warning:

Skipping database test as its base version is not 9.0.1.3.

quite interesting. If your postgresql database is really running on a pretty old version you should consider an update to a newer Version.
