There are 3 option to enter attendances for employee :
From Human Resources -> Attendances -> Attendances -> Create
From Human Resources -> Time Tracking -> My Current Timesheets -> Tab Attendances.
From Human Resources -> Human Resources -> Employee -> Tab HR Settings -> Active -> Attendances.
Attendaces compute by the duration between sign in and sign out... (Don't forget to install attendance module)
