Hello everybody,


Any idea on how to enable notifications for incoming catchall emails. They currently get correctly routed on the corresponding order, but I am not aware on when one arrives, as I'm not notified by any means.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately this does not solve the problem.
As said, the system is correctly configured and the incoming mails get correctly routed to the corresponding orders. The problem lies in the fact that I do not get any notification when such an email arrives (for example for an order that has been placed through the website) and such I am unaware when a customer replies with an update to the order, which is frustrating.

Try this into your System Parameter

catchall@youraliasdomain.com

your alias domain which is set in your general setting Alias Domain field
