Just add "?debug" after "/web" in the URL

You can enable it in 2 ways:

From the top-right corner, Choose "About" from the list of drop-down options, then click on "Activate the developer mode".


In the URL, just append "?debug" followed by "../web", like the below

Click on your user in the top navigation bar at the right, choose "About" and then click on "Activate the developer mode" in the popup window.
