Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software. It includes hundreds of business apps:
CRM | e-Commerce | Accounting | Inventory | PoS | Project management | MRP | etc.
How would I implement a section of the Odoo Knowledge app to function like a product dictonary, allowing our associates to look up specific product definitions, abbriviations, ect.
WIFI (Wireless Fidelity); a facility allowing computers, smartphones, or other devices to connect to the Internet or communicate with one another wirelessly within a particular area.
If an associate didn't know what WIFI actually stood for, they could look up and educated the customer. I don't know what this would even be called to look up functionallity. I've searched for odoo/ wiki, but I believe this is wrong for what I'm trying to achieve.
