How to customize invoices in Odoo Online?

My other question is not getting any responses, nor has emailing Odoo/OpenERP SA directly...

I need to customize the invoices in the Online Enterprise version of Odoo, currently the OpenOffice module does not work since it does not support OAuth, I can not get the Webkit to generate files, and it seems RML is to be depreciated. Being in the SaaS/Online version I do not have server access to see why the Webkit is not working, just the error: 

OpenERP Client Error

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input

Does anyone have an idea how to currently customize invoices? Without access to the server, there is no method to try and upload a pdf version without OpenOffice.


Did you sent an email to online AT openerp DOT com? They close 99% of the tickets within a day.

The contact form goes to sales. So, your request may be lost in the lead
management process. When you subscribed to the SaaS offer, you may have
receive the right email address for support: online AT openerp DOT com.

If you use openERP Online, by default, all users use the OAUth authentication mechanism. The report designer plugin only supports login/password through XML-RPC to connect to the OpenERP server.

So, if you use OpenERP Online, you must first assign a password to your user before using the report designer. From the user form, click on the top menu More and select Change Password.

This will force your user to use a normal password that you can use from the report designer.

Hello Ray,

Yes, I followed those instructions. Reset the user password multiple times and re-installed OpenOffice and the Report Designer plugin 4 times, it does not connect. The Thunderbird plugin connects fine.


Edit: OpenOffice versions 3.3 through 4.1
