I work in odoo and i have met many problems please friends need your help

make the menu of users on separated menu
next we create a new group as for exemple "group_add_users"
make the new menue avalible only for users of your new of group ( "group_add_users")
create new user andmake it on this group

thanks for the answer friend but i want to be more specific because in menu i will put configuration? configuration/user? configuration/user/user??? and what about ir.ui.menu because the user is not an employee please i want you to be specific
