We have not for sale product like hygiene material
how we can remove it from inventory when we already use it?

Hi,
If you it is not stockable product you can change the type of the product also if the product is not for sale just untick Can be sold option in the product form.
Based on you use case, you can handle it with product category also.

but I want to know what is the best practice to remove it from stock
