How to change "validation date" for a sale/order ?

Hello all,

After confirming a quotation, it becomes an order and the "validation date" is by default the current date. How can we change that to set another date in the past ?

Maybe below the total (TTC €), you have "transaction" and a link to a document (click on it). Go in edit mode and in the right you have "validation date".

I don't know if it's you want :/
