How to change the « from » field when we send a mail to customer?

Hello all,

How to get my company name (La Page PT) instead of my email (info@lapagept.com) when the customer receive my mail from Odoo 8?

Do you have a user configured with this email id? If so, try changing the name of the user. As far as I know, the sender name shows the name of the user or partner associated with the email id. For example, if you send an email from the administrator's email id, the mail should show sender as Administrator by default. I could be wrong, but this is what I have observed.
