Hello guys,

I install a new custom module made by us. His name is NEWaaa.

If NEWaaa has some references to an undefined external_id of an other (uninstalled) module NEWbbb, we get an error 500. Server dies!

how to avoid this situation?

Idea?

Make sure your module aaa having dependency of module bbb in openerp file. If you are using some existing ID as reference in any module than make sure that file or module must be load first.
