How to add order note to POS which is display on ticket / receipt and order report on backend.
Is there any tutorial about this?

In POS restaurant there is note feature but without restaurant there isn't. Probably you can find community apps, https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/category/Point of Sale/browse?search=note
