to add a submenu to an existant menu from an other module, you must do this :

<menuitem id="name_you_want_but_which_not_exist_yet" name="Suppliers"
    action="id_action_you_defineinxml_of_your_module" sequence="15"/>

thanks GEM, if action also same.then we can call same action name.?

Hi, why not to test by yourself ? This is a second question ;) .in fact if the action you need is the same, yes you can, but in parameter action, you must declare the name of module where the action is, do like in parent parameter I describe in my answer, action="name_of_module_where_action_id_is.action_id" .
