Hello to all,
on a Odoo10 server, we have a an huge list of leads to contact, is it possible to add a column in "Leads" section of Odoo
such as "Contacted" and flagged, so we can make a sort.

It can be tempting to throw in a column here and there for a small requirement but this can often create a cluttered environment and work against you in the long run.
You should rather contact the lead and, if there is at least a 1% chance of making a sale, convert it to an opportunity. If there is no chance of making a sale, mark it as dead.
When a lead becomes an opportunity, there is a lot more functionality on it. I would recommend setting the next action date to assist following up.
