How to activate messaging for customers on the portal

Hi there,

I just noticed that customer portal users have access to the messaging, but they can only see messages, without being able to see discussion groups or answer.

Any idea on how to make this work?

For now I have hidden the "Compose new Message" button by modifying addons/mail/static/src/xml/mail.xml - I also discovered a related bug at https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/+bug/1236808
