My computer X links to router C; Now I run Odoo on my computer X and I want to let all users in the local area network connect to my Odoo server;

This is not an Odoo-related question. You can make your Odoo instance available in the LAN by providing access to IP and Odoo port (default 8069) of your computer X.

could you give me more details?

Not really. Try http://192.xx.xx.xx:8069 from a computer in your LAN, where xx.xx.xx stands for the local IP address of your odoo instance.
