How openERP handles phonecall and leads analysis? Not in the book.

Hi,

I can see that we have two leads analysis and phone-call analysis, fields like delays to open and delays to close.

How does the system calculates it ? I checked the openERP book as well and In page 39 they only mentioned that it can calculate this and that but they didn't mention how the system calculates it.
