Hi all, from the openerp-web-client-license , it said that 'If you need a commercial licence to remove this kind of restriction, please contact us.' . Could anyone tell me more about the price and procedures? Thanks.

Actually you do not need to buy a license to remove the logo and links. The OpenERP web client is covered by GNU AFFERO GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE.

For more information, check this answer.

from this link https://doc.openerp.com/legal/license/#openerp-web-client-license, it said 'If you need a commercial licence to remove this kind of restriction, please contact us.'

This was for older client versions which were under "OpenERP Public License". The latest web client (v6.1 and above) is under GNU Affero GPL v3 as per the link above.
