How I can send reminder email to employee' s manager wishing her/him birthday 7days before of date of birth. I want to send email via automated action.

Is it possible to do this by popup or notification module in extra addons?
The link has no complete solution yet. How to match the birthday string date on day and month of current date? Thats the open question.
