I just want to get the forcasted or quantity on hand per location not all locations?

How does the function computes that?

It's not a normal function that you can compute like

when getting a total amount of items purchased (price * qty).

Quantity on hand: means the quantity of real/physical stock existing in your warehouse...
Forecasted Quantiy: means the qty which are excepted to be received from your supplier in future..

By default, in Product screen, final/consolidated qty will be shown for that company... but if you want to know the quantity by location, use Stock Moves [Traceability > Stock Moves] to analyize it manually, but then it will given you a very detailed analysis., So it is better to define custom analysis for the same suiting your requirement...
