Hi All


We recently went from Odoo 8 to Odoo 9 and a key part of the activity we need is for sales people to log calls they have made and tasks they have completed for EXISTING customers. I see that the call and task buttons are not available anymore on the customer record. I dug around a bit and I see something related to those items in the Sales Module but it seems to only be for new leads and even then it's not something that seems to perform the same function. What can I do to have that old functionality back?

Log phonecalls by clicking the phone number in the Customer form view:


Note: You have to turn on VOIP integration, but you don't have to use a VOIP system for this to work - you can just configure demo mode.  You will then see:



To record Tasks, click Tasks from the More dropdown:

Thanks Ray. However, only available in the Enterprise version?

It appears Phonecalls can be managed via Activities through Opportunities in the Community Edition. Tasks are available in both editions.
