How do I use the "Bill of Material Components" search function?
There is a function to find all BOMs that contain a specific product. It is located at:
menu: Manufacturing > Configuration > Bill of Materials Components
Once you enter the search box, what are the options and what do they do? What should I type in the search box? How can I search by part number?
Some of the search results are not actual BOMs if you click on them. I'd call them "hard links" from one BOM to another. What is their oficial name?
Is the search ni v. 8.0 disabled? I tried v8 in runbot but there was no search box and clicking an item in the list produced no response.
When writing this question, the "tags" field did not save what I wrote nor did it prompt me with suggestions of existing tags. Using Firefox. I tried to post this question with Chrome but the web page crashed.
