Manufacturer will create one csv file with product details,then he has send the product csv file to different user(asset mgmt).And asset mgmt user has to see the manufacturer's product csv file details.Please let me know how do I do this.

Send an email to the other user and attach the csv-file.
My requirement is..Manufacturer will create product's csv file(product name,id,model number,color,height) and he will send the product's csv file to Asset manager..then Asset manager will receive that product's csv file...Here we don't use email notifications..so this requirement possible or not...please let me know.
