I have a workflow process that involves 3 stages. I need the first user to be able to 'confirm' and save the request, the second to 'approve' the request and the third to 'validate' the request. Please i have no idea how to go about this so if you can be really precise and clear on your answer i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

You have to enable "technical features" for Administrator, then in Settings you can have Workflow menu. In Workflow transisions you can set up user group required for given transision.

Thanks i did as you said and i can see the workflow(workflow.indent) under technical>workflows. its in several stages, draft, awaiting approval, received,in progress etc how do i go about modifying the user rights and process functions?
