Where can I find the nameservers to use?

Where do I put in these settings in Odoo?

Where can I find information about the zonefiles for my website:

  • Type A/CNAME/MX/TXT
  • Name
  • Value
  • Priority
  • TTL

It is a complicated process. Prerequisites:

- A dedicated static IP, if not we should use some DNS services

- A physical server/VPS (at least, not mentioned to failover/backup plan)

- Nginx for Linux-based server

- SSL certificate

After that we have to do some routing/configuration which require networking/server knowledge.

It is not easy like configure DNS in your hosting/domain website.

If you use Odoo online, send an email to online@odoo.com and they will configure it with you (it mostly depend on how you manage emails through the mail gateway)
