When we select payment section in POS, we can see the following fields-Total, Journal name, Paid, Remaining, Change.
Let my payment be 250 Rs.
I want to pay only 100 Rs now.
Journal name: 100
Paid:100
Remaining:150
But i cant make an order with balance amount of this payment? Is this possible in POS?

Odoo's POS (Point of Sale) module doesn't inherently support partial payment methods in the way you described. Typically, the POS module is designed to handle complete payments for orders, meaning the total amount of an order is paid in full during the payment process.
However, if you have specific requirements for partial payments or splitting payments into different journals, you might need to consider customizations or third-party modules to achieve this functionality.
