I need a module for POS that allows to configure produts (product template...) in POS
Exemple: I sell a pizza, but somme clients want to remove oignons and another ones wants an extra.

It's not out of the box since it's designed to sell the finished products, and not to make something on the fly while you sell it.

Perhaps you could try using product variants or creating additional products to represent the customisations.
