When printing all product labels ( I have only 253 products) it will only print 160 items in the PDF, the rest is nowhere to be found. But they are ticked in the list. When I print a pricelist it does show all products!
Is there anybody who know how to solve this?
Look at the maximum number of items in that tree view, on the top right. Click on it.Write your own value and now all of your records will be in tree view and you can select and print

The product label printing is not so handy in Odoo. We have got this a few years ago and have developed a free Odoo app that allows Odoo print labels in convenient way. You can specify the quantity to print for each label, a language, and select one of two custom barcode product label templates.
If you need more, to have the ability to create, edit, and design the own product labels, take a look at the Product Label Builder app. With this solution, you'll be able to create product labels with images, barcodes, QR codes, include fields from Products, Stock Pickings, Purchase and Manufacturing Orders, indicate a pricelist to specify prices on labels, and include or not taxes.

Just to avoid misunderstandings: The app you mentioned does not print labels or reports but represents the interface to PrintNode. PrintNode is an independent program that generates additional costs. We use both the interface and PrintNode and are thrilled with the huge streamlining (printing large quantities from Odoo is extremely cumbersome and annoying). Recommended!

yes, thanks for the clarification. Direct Printing Product labels from Odoo is one of the functionality of the above app. The app itself is focusing on avoiding to download any reports from Odoo to local computer and then manually send to printer (that as you mentioned can be time consuming). And for this it is using specialised service (as in other case technically it is rather hard to connect local printers to your cloud based Odoo). If you switch the log level to DEBUG, can you see any hints in the log?
If you individually print any one of these products that is missing in your list, does it show up?
